The show made a move towards Revenge of the Sith with new outfits for the main trio. The figure line took the opportunity to go backwards in articulation. Make sense? While we have a fully articulated Season 1 and 2 Obi-Wan, this figure came out without ankles. Not figure killing, but a plastic skirt renders its knee joints almost useless as well. Minus armored forearms this figure really looks like an animated Revenge of the Sith Obi-Wan. The head is a little small but looks pretty accurate. His hands can hold his lightsaber well and he can stand on his own. It won't be making any poses below the waist, but he looks good standing there. Bottom line is to wait if you want, but don't feel bad about buying it. It won't be too long before a more articulated Obi-Wan comes with a Deluxe set you may or may not want (see Freeco or BARC with side-car).
